- I am the mother of three daughters: Danielle 23, Shannon 21, and Kylie 13, and wife to Steve. After spending the first 42 years of my life in Phoenix, AZ, I'm now residing in Littleton, CO. I've been here since June of 2009. I love the winter. I love the snow and the cold. I love green trees, the mountains, a white Christmas and the leaves changing in autumn. The only thing I don't love is the hole in my heart that was created when I left my friends back in AZ.

Yep, I am hard core, too... cuz that is exactly what I did.
I hope Shannon is feeling better and worked it out with her friend. I remember jr high b.s. and I hated it then and I hate it now. Boys aren't so hateful as girls are at that age. I am on my 2nd boy going through jr high and there is none of that, but it's only just beginning for my daughter who is only in 4th grade.
Oh and your Thanksgiving items looked great and YUMMY!!!
She is over it, I think it was just a mix up, but there it is, anyway. Sometimes I just want to keep them in a bubble and protect them from anyone hurting them, but it's all part of growing up, learning to deal with it. Girls can be pretty bad at this age.
