I was 20 she was 38. She didnt want to be called grandma, nana or any of the others. She said none of them felt rite or sounded rite. Sometimes they will make something up all on their own that is quite cute. You might want to wait for that. My youngest grandson calls his other grandmother Ga Ga. I think that is cute too! God bless you all! Best wishes to the whole family and the baby too.

As for the name, I'm going with "Grandma" and it feels odd and uncomfortable, but maybe I'll grow into the name someday. Everything else sounds so weird and like I'm in denial, which is worse than the word Grandma (to me). Eh, I'm Grandma. But I don't look like an old lady and I won't be old for 20 - 30 more years. I'm redefining "Grandma".Mary~Momathonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04005555669806678749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1621436419739808723.post-19318661106190592522012-03-13T13:40:50.006-07:002012-03-13T13:40:50.006-07:00BTW, my mom had me at 17 too, and I turned out jus...BTW, my mom had me at 17 too, and I turned out just fine. *tic*tic* ;)

I was born when my grandma was 37. However, since I am killing time at work today, I found this site... Maybe you can find something that works for you... http://www.banananana.com/ReadNames.asp I kinda like Gram Cracker, actually! ;-) So, uh, congratulations?

-Dr. Liz (and not Fiona the dog, who has been spayed, and doesn't have any boyfriends anyway)Lucy-Fur, as typed by Dr. Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00623314618386797524noreply@blogger.com
